Our Am Law 100 law firm client is seeking a Trademark Litigation Attorney for their Boston or New York office. If you have a passion for trademark, copyright, and intellectual property, we want to hear from you.
Who you are:
- You have 3-5 years of trademark and/or copyright litigation experience including TTAB proceedings.
- You have experience in handling enforcement and takedown matters related to the use of IP on social media platforms.
- You have experience in trademark and/or copyright counseling and USPTO matters.
- You thrive when using your analytical skills to conduct complex and detailed analysis of legal matters.
- You have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
- You enjoy communicating with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff.
- You are enthusiastic about working within a team-oriented environment and will contribute to effective team relationships.
- You have an active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements.
The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000. The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and experience, and will be adjusted for flex-time schedules.
